On the basis of the Client's needs and expectations and as a result of diagnosis by ARSS of Client's requirements the services associated with the search for commercial premises include the following actions:

• preparation of a list of premises available in already operating and being in a construction proces commercial centres across Poland and strategy of their aquisition,
• running and monitoring of undertaken activities concerning aquisition of commercial premises,
• active support during commercial negotiations,
• legal counseling in lease agreement.

Within the framework of activities concerning aquisition of commercial premises and upon individual demand ARSS carry out comprehensive localization analysis consisting of the following elements:

• Local market analysis and purchase power measurement.
• Competition analysis in a given local area.
• Geomarketing analysis.
• Catchment area analysis.
• Additional attraction factors analysis.

To carry out  localization analysis both statistic models (TRIMM, AHP) supported by market and customers research as well as direct observation and measurements are applied.
